Data Export

This page includes information related to the Excel exports available in the system.

Export Types​

Dashboard Exports​

From the dashboard, two export options are available:

  1. All Predictions Export

    • Contains three sheets:
      • Weekly Predictions: Shows predictions from the best model for each item, organized by week.
      • Monthly Predictions: Displays the best model predictions for each item, aggregated by month.
      • Supply Planning: Contains safety stock calculations using Model 3 with the quantile value saved in the database. For detailed calculations, see the Safety Stock documentation page.

  2. Selected Item Export

    • Contains four sheets:
      • Basic Information: Shows weekly predictions from the best model for the selected item.
      • Basic - Monthly: Displays monthly aggregated predictions from the best model.
      • Detailed Analysis: Provides weekly predictions from all available models, including the best model and Model 3's predictions at various quantile levels (10%, 20%, 30%, etc.).
      • Detailed - Monthly: Shows monthly aggregated predictions from all models, including all quantile variations for Model 3.

Prediction Sum Calculations​

Weekly Structure​

All predictions in the system are organized in weekly blocks that end on Sundays. When you select an analysis date (for example, a Wednesday in the third week), the system will:

  • Include the entire week that contains your analysis date in the calculations
  • Continue summing predictions for the weeks after that

Types of Sums Generated​

Starting from the week containing your analysis date, the system calculates:

Lead Time Sum​

Total predictions for the number of weeks corresponding to the lead time of the item, starting from the week containing your analysis date.

Month Sum​

Sum of predictions for 4 weeks, starting from the week containing your analysis date.

Total Sum​

Sum of all available predictions from the week containing your analysis date onwards (typically up to 18 weeks of predictions).

Important Note​

  • When you select any date within a week (Monday through Sunday), that entire week's predictions will be included in all sum calculations.
  • The system consistently uses Sunday as the end of each week for organization purposes.
